You can still order and process your payment without a PayPal account.

Complete your order and select "PayPal Express Checkout" as the method of payment.

On the English page, the highlighted section will say "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".  Select the highlighted link.

Enter your country, card type and the details of your card.

Only complete the blue section at the bottom of the page if you want to sign-up for a PayPal account, otherwise click on Aceptar y Continuar or Accept and Continue, to process your card transaction without signing-up to PayPal.
